Costs of postage are far too high, delivery times are too long. Almost all products have either silicone or fragrance. Some products boast of 'ceramides' or 'peptides' but if you read the ingredients list they are near the bottom. You can get far better formulated skincare (and far cheaper!) elsewhere.
I did not like their customer service. The serum I bought seems good but saying that the 'normal RRP price' is so much more than what you pay if you are a member, to oblige you to become a member, does not convince me. I think it is another trap.

Love love love Beauty Pie….. amazing products and excellent value, service and joy every time my package arrives ????
Great products and speedy delivery. Packaged beautifully too. Would definitely recommend.
I was given a 3 month gift membership which started as soon as it was bought. I received the gift membership as a gift at Christmas so I had already lost time to buy. When I went to buy Beauty Pie never had any of the things I wanted "IN STOCK". Now that they have the items in stock my gift membership has ran out. Complete waste of money.
Why pay a membership when you have 0 stock in sooo many products?
I was even part of the Facebook community & I was bullied. Literally had a woman slate me publicly for no reason whatsoever & when I reported it to Beauty Pie via Facebook Messenger it was implied that I was lying when I provided screenshots of the abuse. I have proof of this conversation also.
It sounds to me Beauty Pie is going down hill with the lack of stock, ridiculous stipulations in regards to their membership & promotion of bullying among their community.

Did not receive an email to inform me that either of my orders had been shipped - and I would think an email to confirm that my monthly subscription has been activated should be the norm. I have this with other companies.... please advise!!
I used the vitamin c serum capsules, super retonoil cream and jeju am pm superinfusion cream. I love them all. The vitamin c serum saps into the skin, I even use it as a pore perfecter and primer because of its non glossy silk touch finish. It is hydrating and gives a good base before applying a tiny amount of Retinol. This retinol causes no irritation even though I am a first time user of retinol in my late 30s. The Jeju am pm cream is my favourite. It’s really good for dry, dull dehydrated skin. Mature skin types like mine are ideal to use the Jeju cream.
A great new website. Really enjoying the range of new products to try. To improve, I would like to see an easier way to navigate the site e.g. if I search eye creams, it produces around 10 products. It's hard to find which is the right one for me. Similarly, I would like to read more customer reviews of your products.
Honestly, really wanted to like beauty pie having heard rave reviews of their products. Sadly I have found the products pretty mediocre ( apart from the amazing plantastic cleansing balm).
I plan to cancel the subscription. Had I not also encountered pretty poor customer service I would have been more inclined to give them a longer chance. I contacted customer service about what I considered to be a faulty product - an unwearable moisturiser that pilled whether worn on its own or over a serum. Having asked me to go to the trouble of sending photos, Beauty Pie fobbed me off saying it was a result of my own skin chemistry. I let it lie and decided to just leave an honest review on their website. Just got an email from them saying they will not punish the review as it didn’t meet their standards. Yes have no clue why that might be. When I try to edit the review, it won’t let me and says I’ve already submitted the review. Seems disingenuous to me. I’ll not be trusting the reviews on the site if, as it appears, they do what they can to make sure the less favourable reviews aren’t published.
Update: I did not use any sort of bad language in my review so I could not fathom why it had been rejected.
starts off as an exciting thing to go into once a month then takes ages & becomes boring flicking between screen & comparing items
